Hello Woodson Families!

On behalf of the Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO), we would like to welcome all families to another school year at WT Woodson High School.

Our mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Whether you are a new or returning WTW parent, please get involved in any way that works for you. Here are some quick links to get you started:

  • Go shopping! Office Depot, groceries, etc. Link your accounts and a portion of your sales will go to our school!

You have a couple options for joining:

1. You can join online using the instructions below (note there are separate instructions for first-time memberships and returning parents).

2. You can complete this printable form and mail it along with a $25 check to Woodson High School at 9525 Main Street, Fairfax VA 22031-4099.

First Time PTSO Membership (online)

1. Create a PTBoard account

  • Click “Sign Up” in the top right corner of the PTSO webpage. 
    You'll be directed to the PTBoard website.
  • Create an account with your name, email, and password. 
  • PTBoard sends you an email to confirm the email address; go to your email and confirm it.
  • Log into the PTSO website.

2. Pop-up messages

  • Pop-up 1: Click "yes" to "Are you a parent, teacher, or staff of Woodson HS PTSO?" 
  • Pop-up 2:  Under "Join Woodson PTSO," use this code:  GV765T.  

3. Pay for your membership

  • Click on "Forms and Payments" on the left menu.
  • Click on "Shop Form and Payment."
  • Select "PTSO Membership."
  • Complete the form(s).
    • Parents/guardians must identify at least one student under "Account Profile."
  • Add to cart.
  • Check out using a credit card.

Renewing PTSO Membership (online)

1. Log into the PTSO website

  • Click “Log in” in the top right corner of the PTSO webpage.
  • Use your PTBoard username (email address) and password.

2. Pay for your membership

  • Click on "Forms and Payments" on the left menu.
  • Click on "Shop Form and Payment."
  • Select "PTSO Membership."
  • Complete the form(s).
    • Parents/guardians must identify at least one student under "Account Profile."
  • Add to cart.
  • Check out using a credit card.

Please confirm that "My Profile" is completed.

  • Access “My Profile” by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the webpage.
  • If needed, enter your contact information and add your student(s).

Your information will remain private and secure. Your information will never be sold or shared.
